This piece was a real treat to sand down(prepping furniture to refinish is a lot of work, but totally worth the effort!) ...the top was a dark reddish pink stain and it was practically impossible to get back down to the natural wood colour. But look at it now....it's perfect! This coffee table has been refinished in black. The top has been stained dark walnut and coated with poly.
