I am so glad that we put a little extra effort into this piece. We could have just painted this whole set and it would have looked pretty like that too, but somehow those handles got me thinking and I am so glad they did, because this piece looks perfect now. Keeping the doors and drawers wood keeps some of it's old character and painting the actual base gives it a more modern look. This dresser has been refinished in black and dark walnut stain. If you want a complete set, this dresser has two matching sides and a 6 drawer dresser coming up this week.
