This sideboard definitely has surprised us! When we first saw it in the thrift store we weren't too sure about it...we knew it had potential, just not this much! LOL! Now that it has been painted in grey it looks like a different piece of furniture, and we LOVE it! This sideboard has been refinished in French Linen chalk paint, distressed and coated with clears wax. The top has been stained dark walnut and coated with poly.
