This blanket box is refinished Florence(AS) and finished with a clear wax. One of the reasons I particularly like this box is because of the little backing detail. It makes it feel more like a bench as well as a storage space, which makes it great for an entry way or under a window in the living room or in your room at the end of your bed. You can keep lots of stuff in it while also using it for a place to put on shoes/extra seating/a place to take a break from getting dressed in the morning. I know you do it too.
PS. I apologize for not posting a picture of the inside. It is clean and made of solid wood. Also, the hinge is a slow close, so no finger pinching. Bonus. Just so you know.
