This dresser has been refinished in black and distressed. The top has been stained dark walnut and coated with poly. It's been awhile since we have found a bow front dresser and we are so glad we found this one. It is a well made dresser and the drawers all work perfectly. It looks like a million bucks now that we have refinished it in black and refreshed it's top with a fresh new coat of stain and poly for extra durability.
