Taking a Risk Cabinet

This antique cabinet has been refinished in pink chalk paint (AS), and the inside has been refinished in Old white chalk paint (AS), distressed and coated with clear wax. 

When we saw this piece we knew we wanted to do something different with it. Okay, I should be honest,  one of us was much braver than the other. One of us was totally cool with playing it safe with this piece, while the other was feeling a little more brave, a little more daring. She was ready to take a risk and do something special with this piece. She made the right choice, but don't tell her I said that. She will say "I told you so!" and never let me forget it! Sometimes taking a risk really does pay off! Look how cute this turned out. Wouldn't it look amazing in a girl's bedroom?
